Water System for Wildlife Clinic and Enclosures
The water system for the rehab facility and long-term enclosures has been completed. Beautiful pure spring water is pumped up to the tank to feed down to the wildlife rehabilitation clinic and enclosures. It will also supply fresh drinking water, and water for the planned enrichment ponds for long-term enclosures. A special digger was hired to dig a trench (1.3 kms long) deep enough to avoid the moles, and also to prevent pipes cracking in cold winter conditions.
Thanks to Peter for making it happen, and to supporters, donors and buyers at the auction for the funds to enable it to happen – giving wildlife a second chance.
